1. UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams and user to understand business requirements, flow, execution, and deliver for solutions.
Implement user-centered design on designing concepts for web or mobile product and can implement them in an attractive interface
Design Wireframe, Lo-Fi, Hi-Fi Design and documents for related to solution based on business problem.
Learn and implement new technology and best practices relevant to UI/UX trends and relevant technologies.

Requirements

A portfolio of UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms. Portfolio in Blockchain Dapps platform is a plus.
Experience in Design tools (Figma, Adobe Family, or equivalent tools)
Comfortable working in agile environments
Great verbal and written communication skill especially Indonesian Language.
Eager work in team collaboration & individual to deliver results with agreed timeline.
Good understanding in sense of Interface and User Experiences Design & able to assess and give the idea yet conclusion to any cases.

2. Blockchain Developer

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, testing, build documentation for smart contract. Especially, on top of Ethereum Blockchain.
Develop, maintain, build documentation for backend environment for blockchain interaction.
Collaborate with teams do deliver solutions based on business problem.
Conduct blockchain research, design, development, and testing
Learn and implement new technology and best practices relevant to the process.

Requirements

2. Portfolios of projects in application development or software engineering.
3. Proficiency in programming languages, such as NodeJS, Python, or other programming languages.
4. Has a good understanding of Blockchain Technology, Solidity, and web3 NodeJS
5. Understanding of the agile process is a plus
6. Understanding of security and cryptography is a plus
7. Good verbal & written communication in English and Indonesia.
8. Eager to learn, understand, and apply new technologies especially in blockchain field.

3. Front end Developer

Responsibilities

Develop front-end application (website and mobile) by translating design and wireframe into code.
Collaborate with engineering team for every development process.
Learn and implement new technology and best practices relevant to the process

Requirements

Portfolios of projects in frontend development both for website and mobile application.
Has a good understanding of NodeJS, ReactJS, HTML&CSS
Has a good understanding of mobile platform development in Android and iOS.
Good understanding of React state management
Understanding the agile process is a plus
Good verbal & written communication in English and Indonesia.
Eager to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

4. Back end Developer

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, testing and document scalable API and backend environments of solution based on business problem.
Collaborate with engineering & product team on ever development process.
Utilize and manage data structure and solution scalability.
Learn and implement new technology and best practices relevant to the process.

Requirements

Portfolios of projects in building and consuming Rest API with relational/non-relational database (MySQL, Postgres,etc) and file storage usage.
Has a good understanding of NodeJS, API, microservice, data management.
Understanding in docker, cloud services is a plus
Understanding in blockchain concept is a plus
Understanding the agile process is a plus
Good verbal & written communication in English and Indonesia.
Eager to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

5. Infrastructure Operations

Responsibilities

Setup development and production environment for every solution based on business problem.
Setup and collaborate with engineers for implementing CI/CD to reduce downtime for every version update.
Research, develop, and maintain infrastructure for blockchain’s project.
Learn and implement new technology and best practices relevant to the process.

Requirements

Portfolios of projects in building and managing infrastructure on cloud services. Managing blockchain infrastructure is a plus.
Has a good understanding of linux command, bash scrip.
Understanding in Geth, terraform and web3 NodeJS is a plus.
Understanding the agile process is a plus
Good verbal & written communication in English and Indonesia.
Eager to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

6. Onboarding/Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the business & initiate growth strategy along the user journey (acquisition, activation, engagement, & retention) based on data.
Deliver strategies along the user journey.
Work closely with stakeholders and help with creation of monitoring reports.
Collaborate with teams and users to understand business and user experience improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from any universities, preferably from information system, engineering, or business background
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to translate from analysis to relevant insights, and follow up on execution with relevant parties.
Have a growth mindset, highly curiosity to solve problems, self-motivated and leadership experience with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer-centric, able to develop a logical framework and apply to a wide range of activities, from customer development to product adoption, to sales processes.
Ability to work well with colleagues from different functions (inter-division and external division).
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools would be a plus.
